Each home is designed to support long-term recovery

A sober living home is a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals in recovery from addiction. It provides accountability, community, and resources to help residents transition back into independent living.
Rehab is a short-term, intensive treatment program, often including medical detox and therapy. Sober living homes, on the other hand, offer a long-term supportive environment where individuals can practice sobriety in daily life while rebuilding skills and relationships.
Sober living homes are typically open to men and women who are committed to recovery, willing to follow house guidelines, and able to live cooperatively in a community setting. Some homes may require completion of a rehab program before entry.
Residents are expected to stay drug- and alcohol-free, participate in house responsibilities, attend meetings or counseling, and support one another. Curfews, random drug testing, and accountability measures are often part of the structure.
