Not all who need housing are battling addiction or recovery. Many professionals — such as travel nurses, contractors, graduate students, and corporate workers — travel for temporary assignments and face the same housing challenge: finding a safe, quiet, and affordable place to stay. Too often, the options available are expensive hotels, unpredictable Airbnbs, or apartments with long-term leases that don’t fit their needs.

At Adua Grace & Mercy Network Foundation (AGMN), we recognized this gap and created a program to serve professionals who value peace, safety, and community. By opening our homes to short-term professional renters, we extend our mission of providing Christ-centered housing beyond sober-living and into the broader community.

My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” — Isaiah 32:18

For professionals working long shifts, like travel nurses in hospitals, coming home to a safe, restful space is more than a convenience — it is essential for their health and effectiveness. One travel nurse who rented a furnished room at AGMN shared: “I’ve stayed in hotels and Airbnbs, but here I felt safe, peaceful, and cared for. It felt like more than just a place to sleep — it felt like home.”

AGMN’s furnished housing program is more than a business opportunity — it is a ministry. We believe that providing safe housing for professionals is another way to serve our community, show hospitality, and create environments where people feel valued. Whether someone is here for weeks or months, we want them to experience the peace and dignity that comes from living in a Christ-centered environment.

Our housing program demonstrates that AGMN is not only for residents in recovery, but for anyone seeking safety, structure, and peace. By serving professionals alongside our recovery community, we are strengthening the impact of our mission: to restore lives, support families, and build stronger communities.
